What kind of transportation do you offer?
Private SUV transportation, reserved around your plans: airport transfers, appointments, evenings out, business travel, and hourly service. You’ll travel in a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy, not a shared shuttle.
Does sending a request reserve my ride?
Not yet. We review your plans and availability, then send a quote. Your initial request receipt is an acknowledgement, not a confirmed reservation. For time-sensitive plans, call or text us first.
How do quotes and payment work?
We agree on the price before you pay. Review your trip, total, and booking terms, then use the secure Wix payment link sent for your ride.
After payment is verified, look for the Pxpress email explicitly confirming your ride. A payment-provider receipt alone is not that confirmation. If anything looks incorrect, contact us before paying.
Can I change or cancel a ride?
Call or text (234) 200-6969, or email pxpressmedia@gmail.com. Include your name and ride date. We’ll confirm the change or cancellation and any refund in writing.
Changes depend on availability and may affect your quote. Review the terms supplied for your ride before paying.
Can you take me outside Northeast Ohio?
Yes, regional trips can be requested, subject to availability. Include your full route and timing so we can review it.
Our primary area covers Greater Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and surrounding communities, including Cleveland Hopkins (CLE) and Akron-Canton (CAK) airports.
What if my flight changes or I need a late pickup?
Include your flight information and contact us promptly if it changes, so we can review the pickup time together.
Airport pickups from 11:00 PM through 5:00 AM carry a $25 overnight charge. Review the complete quoted price before paying.
Can I book a return trip or make several stops?
Yes. Select round trip for a return journey, and mention additional stops in your request. For plans with several stops or waiting time, choose hourly service. Its three-hour minimum applies only to hourly bookings.
How many people and bags can I bring?
Request up to six passengers. Luggage space depends on seating, so list your bags and any oversized items, such as golf clubs or a wheelchair. We’ll check that everyone and everything can travel comfortably before accepting.
What should I tell you about passenger needs?
Include any mobility assistance, child-seat needs, or other requirements in the additional details, so we can discuss whether the vehicle and service suit your trip. Do not assume equipment is available without checking with us.
Appointment transportation is not emergency medical transportation. For an emergency, call 911.

Hello! I’m Raishawn B. Parks, owner and operator of Pxpress. I was born and raised in Cleveland, graduated from Garrett Morgan School of Science, and earned my BA in Business from Baldwin-Wallace College.
Cleveland shaped me through its people, culture, and values. Hard work, respect, and giving back guide the way I serve. I started Pxpress to provide safe, reliable, comfortable, and professional transportation with the care I would expect for my own family.
